BlackBrook Case is a global e-commerce retailer that sells leather phone cases and accessories for Apple, Samsung, and Google devices. We helped in developing their customer service and email marketing strategies, as well as creating an influencer marketing strategy and custom content for their website. We worked closely with BlackBrook to understand their unique needs and goals, and developed a comprehensive solution that helped them succeed online.
Challenge: BlackBrook needed help with developing a customer service strategy that included quick responses to live chats and templates for agents to use during tough calls or emails. They also needed help with email marketing, influencer marketing, and creating custom content for their website. Additionally, they needed assistance in training overseas employees in customer service and managing their social media channels.
Solution: We developed a customer service strategy that included quick responses to live chats using AI technology and templates for agents to use during tough calls or emails. We also developed an email marketing strategy that included creating email collection forms, segmenting customers, creating weekly campaigns, and creating email flows such as abandoned carts. We also created an influencer marketing strategy using Shopify Collabs, managing and paying over 160 influencers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Additionally, we created custom content for BlackBrook's website and worked with overseas employees to train them in customer service. We also helped manage BlackBrook's social media channels.
Results: Since launching their new customer service, email marketing, influencer marketing, and website content strategies, BlackBrook has seen a significant increase in online sales and customer engagement. They have also seen a decrease in customer service response times and an increase in overall customer satisfaction. Our comprehensive solution helped BlackBrook succeed online and achieve their business goals.
