If your tasks are not saving, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check Your App Settings
Check your app settings to ensure that tasks are set to save automatically.
Restart Your App
Try restarting your app to see if that resolves the issue.
Clear Your Cache
Clear your app cache to see if that resolves the issue. To do this:
Go to Settings.
Select Apps.
Find your todo list app and select it.
Select Storage.
Select Clear Cache.

If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
