LeadConnector is designed to keep you in the loop the moment something important happens — whether it’s a new lead, a missed call, an appointment booking, or a form submission. By default, NSPO configures your account to send timely alerts via email and SMS, so you never miss a beat with your clients or prospects.
These real-time alerts are customizable and can be tailored to fit the way you work, so you can decide which types of events trigger a notification and how you receive them.
Types of Alerts You Can Receive
1. New Lead Notifications
Get notified immediately when a new lead enters your pipeline
Includes lead name, source, contact info, and their submitted form or message
2. Missed Call Alerts
Receive SMS and/or email when a lead calls your NSPO number and doesn’t reach you
Option to trigger an automated voicemail or text response
3. Appointment Activity
Be alerted when a new appointment is booked, rescheduled, or canceled
Can be configured to notify assigned team members only
4. Form/Funnel Submissions
Get notified when someone fills out your contact, booking, or landing page forms
View form data directly in the alert or click to open the contact record
5. Workflow Triggers
Receive alerts when a contact enters or completes a specific automation
Helpful for time-sensitive follow-ups or sales pipeline transitions
How to Enable or Modify Notifications
Log in to LeadConnector (Web or Mobile App)
Use your NSPO-provided credentials to access your dashboard.
Navigate to Settings > Notifications
You’ll find this in the sidebar on desktop or under your profile in the mobile app.
Choose Notification Type
Toggle on/off Email and SMS alerts for different events.
Customize Recipients
Assign alerts to yourself, teammates, or specific roles.
Set Notification Windows (Optional)
Avoid getting notifications after hours by setting working hours or muting off-hours alerts.
Best Practices
Use SMS for Urgent Alerts: Ideal for real-time lead notifications and missed calls.
Use Email for Recap Reports: Best for daily summaries and non-urgent events.
Keep Your Contact Info Updated: Make sure your phone number and email are correct in your profile settings.
