How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel your NSPO Creative Co. service plan at any time with no hidden fees or penalties. Our goal is to make cancellation as simple and transparent as possible, especially for small businesses and creators who may be adjusting budgets or pivoting strategy.

To cancel, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your NSPO client dashboard using the LeadConnector app or your desktop portal.

  2. Navigate to the “Billing & Plans” section.

  3. Click “Manage Plan” and select “Cancel Subscription.”

  4. You’ll be asked to confirm and select a reason for cancellation to help us improve.

  5. Your cancellation will be processed immediately, and your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

For clients who signed a custom contract or agreed to a minimum term (e.g., in exchange for a discounted rate), please refer to your agreement terms before canceling.
