What is the billing cycle?

Your NSPO Creative Co. billing cycle depends on the type of service plan you’ve selected. Most of our ongoing service plans — including our “All-In-One Digital Growth Engine” and add-on packages — are billed monthly, with your billing date set based on the day you first activate your plan.
You’ll receive an invoice via email before each billing cycle renews. This invoice outlines the services included, any overage charges (like exceeding SMS or email limits), and add-ons if applicable. Your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the renewal date unless a cancellation or pause request is submitted beforehand.
For custom projects or one-time services such as a website build, brand kit, or ad campaign, billing is typically structured with a 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion — though this may vary based on the scope of work. Each agreement clearly outlines payment expectations and due dates.
