The posting frequency for clients depends on the scope of the service package and the client’s content goals, but we prioritize consistency and quality above all. For most social media management clients, we recommend and execute between 3 to 5 posts per week per platform. This cadence strikes a balance between maintaining visibility and avoiding content fatigue, especially on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
For clients with aggressive growth goals, such as new product launches, seasonal promotions, or brand awareness campaigns, we can scale up to daily posting. In those cases, we may also incorporate stories, reels, carousels, and behind-the-scenes content to diversify your feed and increase engagement across different post types.
Each content calendar is tailored — some clients prefer a mix of promotional, educational, and community-building content, while others want to lean into trends, testimonials, or influencer features.
