Setting up appointment booking through NSPO’s platform is fast, intuitive, and fully customizable to fit your business needs. Whether you're booking consultations, sales calls, or service appointments, the system lets you manage everything from one dashboard.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Navigate to Calendars
    In your NSPO dashboard, go to the "Calendars" section and click + New Calendar.

  2. Name Your Calendar
    Give your calendar a clear name (e.g., “Free Consultation” or “Discovery Call”).

  3. Set Availability
    Choose your working hours, time zone, and days of availability. You can also block out holidays or time off.

  4. Define Meeting Settings

    • Duration: Choose how long each appointment will be (e.g., 15, 30, or 60 minutes).

    • Buffer Time: Add pre- and post-meeting buffers if needed.

    • Meeting Title: This is what the client will see in the invite (e.g., “30-Min Strategy Call”).

  5. Customize Booking Form
    Add the fields you want prospects to fill out before confirming the booking, like name, email, phone, or specific service requests.

  6. Automation & Notifications
    Connect workflows to automatically send email/SMS confirmations, reminders, or follow-up messages. You can also enable calendar syncing with Google or Outlook.

  7. Embed or Share Link
    Publish your calendar by embedding it on your site or sharing a direct link. All booking pages are mobile-friendly and load quickly.
