How do I manage contact lists?

Managing contact lists inside the NSPO platform is simple, organized, and designed to help you segment and personalize communication at scale. Whether you're importing leads, building segmented audiences, or tagging VIP customers, our CRM tools are built to give you full control over your contacts.
Adding Contacts
You can manually add contacts one by one or import them in bulk using a CSV file. The platform auto-detects columns such as name, phone, email, company, tags, and more, streamlining the setup process.
Organizing Your List
Once your contacts are in the system, you can:
Tag Contacts: Use custom tags to categorize leads (e.g., “VIP”, “First-Time Buyer”, “Hot Lead”).
Create Smart Lists: Build dynamic lists based on criteria such as behavior, source, last interaction, or tags.
