Your NSPO service plan comes with a preset number of emails and SMS credits each month. These are included in your base subscription and are used for marketing automations, client follow-ups, and campaign outreach.

One-Off or Custom Services

If you're using NSPO for one-time campaigns or on a custom plan, email and SMS credits are handled on a case-by-case basis. We'll define your limits during onboarding or before launch.

What Happens If I Go Over?

We monitor usage and will notify you when you’re approaching your monthly limit. Additional credits can be purchased at the following standard rates:

• Emails: $0.001 per additional email

• SMS: $0.015–$0.03 per additional SMS (depends on region & carrier)

You’ll never be charged automatically without approval. We’ll always ask before processing an overage or upgrade.
