What happens if I exceed my allowance?

If you exceed your monthly email or SMS allowance on your plan, don’t worry — we’ve built in safeguards and flexible options so your marketing efforts don’t get interrupted.

Transparent Notifications

Our platform monitors your usage in real-time. Once you're nearing your limit (around 80% usage), you’ll receive a notification by email and/or SMS letting you know. This gives you time to adjust your campaigns or request additional credits before hitting the cap.

What Are the Overages?

If you exceed your plan’s limit, you have two options:

  1. Pre-approve Overages: You can opt into automatic overage billing, which ensures your campaigns continue uninterrupted. Rates are as follows:

    • Email: $0.001 per extra email sent

    • SMS: $0.015–$0.03 per extra SMS (depending on carrier/location)

  2. Pause & Upgrade: If you choose not to allow overages, campaigns will pause once you hit your limit. You can then upgrade your plan or purchase a one-time credit pack.

No Surprise Charges

You will never be automatically billed for overages unless you’ve approved it in your settings. We value transparency and will always give you the choice before any additional charges are applied.
