How does the platform send follow-up emails or texts?

Follow-up communication is automated using NSPO’s built-in workflow system, which monitors lead behavior and triggers messages based on specific actions or time delays. Once a contact submits a form, misses a call, books an appointment, or enters a pipeline stage — the system automatically delivers a sequence of emails or SMS messages tailored to that action.

You can fully customize these follow-ups using our drag-and-drop workflow builder. Emails can include rich content such as text, buttons, calendar links, and dynamic fields that insert the contact’s name, service interest, or other data. SMS messages can be short, conversational nudges to re-engage leads, confirm bookings, or deliver key information quickly.

Follow-ups can be spaced out over hours, days, or weeks — allowing for long-term nurturing campaigns. You can also apply conditions to ensure only qualified leads receive messages and set fallback steps if contacts don’t respond.

All communications are logged in the contact record, giving your team a full view of every interaction. You’ll also receive insights like open rates, click rates, and replies to help refine your messaging over time.

To start sending automated follow-ups, you can book a demo or check out the help docs inside your dashboard.
